The little story
Some bikes are more special than others. As far as custom bikes go, this Venge Vias Di2 skate brake model is the latest in its line. The zero-drag brake design is not found anywhere else in the Specialized lineup and very rarely in other brands. In 2017, after the massive switch to disc brakes on all Venge and Tarmac models, this Venge skid brake version became unique. After only one year of production, the bike will go down in history as the "last skid brake Venge". Anyone can buy a Shimano disc and install it on a new bike, but not everyone can have custom developed brake fins. The new Venge disc brake models are much simpler, less complex in design, faster, but something is missing. It's the uniqueness of having custom parts that gives a bike its character. This bike, with its stunning looks, is the Batmobile of the bike world.
