The authorized return period is 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since delivery of your bike, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must have been reasonably used (distance traveled less than 50 kilometers) and it must be in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with the accessories originally delivered.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (where applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.
- Any item returned more than 45 days after delivery.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund is processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

We will arrange for your bike to be collected by our carrier. You will only be asked to select a time slot. Information will be sent to you by email and SMS. The return handling fee of 80 euros will be deducted from the amount refunded, as well as the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
